Dallas, January 9 - 10, 2007
On January 9 I flew down to Dallas, Texas to make a presentation to the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Develop Branch. The topic was the Assessment System that we are development to help them evaluate their economic development programs. I flew home on January 10.
