St. Augustine Florida, March 29 - April 1, 2006

This year's meetings of the Southern Regional Science Association were held in St. Augustine Florida. I flew down to Jacksonville and meet Judy Stallmann, and Georgeanne Artz and here husband, and we drove down to St. Augustine together. We stayed at a beautiful old hotel in the center of the historic district (see photos).

On Thursday we started with a meeting of rural development researchers from around the country. In the afternoon the paper presentations started. I presented one paper and reviewed three others. On Saturday morning after my last presentation was over I spent some time seeing the city and geocaching. I found 4 caches in the vicinity of the hotel.
