Drove out to help Harley and Amy move into their new house.

Presented a paper on local economic development at a conference sponsored by the Economic Development Administration.

I made an overnight trip to Corpus Christi to meet with officials of Nueces County about their plans to locate a prison in the county. I had just enough time to find one geocache and to see some of the historic sites.

This weekend was to have been Jill's wedding before her and Scott decided to move it forward a month. My sister Cathy and her husband Norm Gritzfeld decided to use their tickets anyway and bring the family out for a vacation. I flew out to visit them and Sylvia and Jill. We had a nice visit and took part in some of the many things to do in Boise, including the world Bask Festival. We also did some geocaching. The first photo is from the foot hills above the old state penitentiary. The second photo is of Joel, Scott and I after we had found a particularly well hidden cache, and the last is of the Boise River not far from Jill and Scott's house.
